Information we use

• Your email address, so the add-on can show account-related choices and send test emails.
• Your form questions and settings needed to guide setup.
• Form responses needed to generate feedback, retry failed checks, and show response status.
• Email addresses selected by you for feedback delivery.
• Basic processing records, such as whether a response was checked, passed review, failed, or was exported.

How we use information

• To review form responses with AI based on your instructions.
• To send feedback emails to the recipients you choose.
• To help you retry failed processing and export reviewed responses.
• To provide support, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

AI and email services

The add-on may use Google AI (Gemini API) or another service you configure to generate feedback. It sends emails using Google's MailApp or an SMTP service you specify.

Data storage

Form response records and processing activity are stored in the form's document properties or in an external storage backend you configure. We do not retain copies of form responses on our own infrastructure unless you enable the external storage option.

Third-party services

This website (gatekeeping.ai) uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No form response data is shared with this website.
